How do your prices compare to other music stores?
Our prices are extremely competitive with all music stores, both online and offline, including shipping and taxes. We also offer special discounts and promotions.

What is the best way to shop at eWorldRecords?
There are two main ways to shop at our site: searching and browsing. If you know what you want, the fastest way to find it is to do a search. Just type in the artist's name or album title in the Search box. You can also browse our site by clicking on the eWorldRecords section you are interested in,
such as Arabic, Armenian, Persian or Turkish, and browse by artist or genre.

How do I keep track of my items while shopping?
Just click on Shopping Cart icon. You'll see the items you've added to your cart. You can easily remove items or change quantities there.

How are items shipped?
Items are shipped within 24-48 hours after you place your order, unless otherwise contacted. Orders may be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or by other acceptable means to deliver your product within the promised delivery date. See our Shipping Methods and Rates for more information.

Can people outside the United States order from eWorldRecords?
Yes, we can ship virtually anywhere. Please see our Shipping & Handling section for pricing information.

Can I ship items to a different address than my own?
Yes. On the Checkout page, enter the address where you'd like items to be shipped under "Shipping Address." Shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable) will be based upon that address.

How do I track my order?
eWorldRecords will email you the moment your item has been shipped. If you have any further questions or concerns, you can always contact our tracking department at tracking@eworldrecords.com

What are my payment options?
eWorldRecords accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club and Discover.

Does eWorldRecords charge sales tax?
Only on items shipped to Tennessee, California, (both 8.25%) Missouri (6.475%) and Minnesota (6.50%). Sales tax is not charged for international orders.

When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card is not charged until items are shipped from our warehouse.

Can I return items for a refund?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return the unopened or defective product to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price or store credit. Shipping and handling charges are not always refundable. See our Return Policy for more information.

Are your videos available in my country's format?
Yes, we automatically send the correct version of the video you have purchased. Most of our videos are available in the PAL and NTSC format. If the video you have selected is not available in your country's format, we will contact you before sending the video to confirm.

Why do you only carry CDs and not Cassettes?
Due to the large amount of products we carry, and due to current market demands, eWorld Records carries only very limited cassette products. However, eWorld Records is committed to customer satisfaction and will purchase cassette products for customers whom make special requests.

How do I listen to product samples?
You will need the latest version of the Real Audio Player to listen to any of our samples. The Real Audio player is available free of charge at the RealNetworks Website.
